Court of Appeal Reinforces Passing-Off Protection: TCE Sports Triumphs Over Bullzen in Fishing Gear Packaging Dispute<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TCE Sports, the company behind the popular \u201cSOL\u201d braided fishing line, complained that Bullzen\u2019s \u201cXOL\u201d series and similar product packaging mimicked its brand identity and confused consumers.
